Shipping policy

Shipping Policies: Orders placed prior to 2pm, Monday through Thursday, that are in stock and complete will be shipped the same day.

Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. We will provide estimated delivery dates at checkout, but these are not guaranteed. If you have any specific shipping requests or need your order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at 410 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA 02446. Please select the "Pickup in Store" shipping option at checkout and call ahead to confirm a pickup time.

Holiday Closures: Please be aware that Israel Book Shop is closed on all Jewish holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed when we re-open.

Stock Levels: We make every effort to keep our inventory updated. However, product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you via email and provide options for backordering or a full refund.

Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date. You may choose to wait for the item, modify your order, or cancel it for a full refund.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please review this email for accuracy and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.

Carrier Restrictions: Shipping policies are subject to carrier restrictions, and rates are subject to verification. If the requested shipping option and pricing are not available, we will contact you.

USPS Media Mail: Note that Media Mail is limited to U.S. addresses and may only be utilized for books, CDs, and other USPS-approved items.
