Aviva Kano began her culinary adventure as a child. At age 12, she prepared her rst successful Shabbos meal. Aviva graduated from the French Culinary Institute and has a degree in studio art from Hunter College. Having worked for years as a personal chef, her artistic approach has led her to creative experimentation with food.
