About the Author
Roy Neuberger was educated at the Ethical Culture Schools, where he met Linda Villency, his future wife. They attended the University of Michigan and were married after Roys sophomore year. After a year at Oxford University, they returned to America, where Roy became Director of Conservation for the City of New York. Following two years in government, the Neubergers moved to Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, where Roy became publisher and editor of a weekly newspaper. After a move to Long Island in 1974, Roy worked as a newspaper editor, a yeshiva administrator, a hedge fund operator and, most recently, on this book. The Neubergers children and grandchildren live in Israel and the New York metropolitan area.
